Terms of Use (ToU)

3.1 Legal age

Access to the Site and to M&A Family's services is strictly reserved for individuals with full legal capacity who have reached the legal age of majority, namely at least 18 years old (or the age of majority set by the law of the user's country of residence if higher than 18).

Any access to or use of the Site by a minor is strictly prohibited. M&A Family reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time.

3.2 Availability

The Site is accessible free of charge, anywhere, to any User with internet access. All costs incurred by the User in accessing the service (computer equipment, software, internet connection, etc.) are the User's responsibility.

M&A Family uses all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site but is not obligated to achieve this result. Access may be suspended or interrupted at any time without notice for maintenance reasons or force majeure.

5.1 Data collection

As part of the use of the Site (contact forms, applications, etc.), M&A Family may collect personal data. This data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations (GDPR and the French Data Protection Act).

Users have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data, which they may exercise by sending an email to: adt.agency.ofm@gmail.com.

5.2 Transfer of data outside the European Union

As M&A Family works with creators and partners located internationally, certain personal data (message exchanges, forms, contact details) may be transmitted or stored on servers located outside the European Economic Area (in particular via communication tools such as Telegram or cloud services).

M&A Family ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (in particular Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission).

7.1 Applicable law

These Terms, as well as the use of the Site, are governed and interpreted exclusively under French law.

7.2 Governing language

These terms are drafted in French. Should the Site or these Terms be translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall prevail in the event of a dispute or discrepancy in interpretation.

7.3 Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing an amicable agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts with jurisdiction over M&A Family's registered office, including for users residing outside France.
