Three people,one single promise.
Behind M&A Family there is no anonymous support desk and no chain of subcontractors. There are three people, there from your very first message onwards: Maxence and Alexis, the two partners, and Léa, our manager.
3
people you can reach directly
1 month

100%
of decisions approved by you
We built M&A Family because we were tired of seeing talented creators treated as rows in a spreadsheet. Here you talk to the people who decide, you keep control of your image, and nothing happens behind your back.
— Maxence & Alexis, co-founders

Maxence
Co-founder — Strategy & growth
The one who reads the numbers before making promises.
Maxence handles everything decided before you post anything at all: auditing your activity, positioning your accounts, your pricing, and the channels that actually bring paying subscribers.
His method fits in one sentence: nothing launches without being measured. Every price change, every new channel, every format tested is tracked over time — we keep what works and drop the rest without hesitation.
He is also the one who will tell you when an opportunity isn't worth it. Growth that damages your image or your daily life is not growth we accept.
Audit & positioning
A full review of your accounts, your way of creating and your current channels, before a single decision is made.
Pricing & conversion
Price structure, offers and subscription flows built to convert without ever devaluing your content.
Acquisition & testing
Finding the channels that bring a qualified audience, with results measured month after month.
What they believe
A rising number is worth nothing if the person behind it no longer stands by what she publishes.

Alexis
Co-founder — Relationship & operations
The one on the other end of the line, every day.
Alexis is the day-to-day: following your accounts, answering your questions, regular check-ins on what's moving, and actually executing what was decided together.
He also owns the creative side: format ideas, message scripts, art direction. You remain the only owner of your image — he brings the material, you always make the call.
Finally, he watches over your safety: protecting your privacy, handling content leaks and strictly respecting the limits you set on day one.
Daily follow-up
One contact who knows your case and answers you without sending you through a form.
Creative direction
Content ideas, formats and scripts drawn from what works, adapted to your personality.
Safety & image
Data protection protocols, leak monitoring and absolute respect for your limits.
What they believe
Your comfort is not the price of performance. It's what makes performance last.

Léa
Manager — Creator relations
The one you can tell anything to, unfiltered and without judgement.
Léa is our manager and, in practice, the person most of our creators talk to the most. She checks in on you, follows your pace and connects what you are actually going through with what we put in place.
We know some things are easier to say to a woman than to two guys. Content that makes you uncomfortable, an out-of-line comment, an intimate question, a day when nothing works: it all goes through her, and it stays between the two of you until you feel like sharing it.
She is also the one who takes over when a situation goes wrong — a pushy subscriber, a period of exhaustion, a personal blow. She defuses it, she protects you, and she adjusts the workload to what you can genuinely give that month.
Someone who gets it
A woman available for everything you don't feel like writing to a man. No judgement, ever.
Day-to-day support
She checks in, spots the moments of exhaustion and eases the pace before you burn out.
Crisis handling
A subscriber crossing the line, leaked content, a personal blow: she takes over immediately and keeps you safe.
What you can write to her, at any hour
None of these sentences has ever cost anyone anything here. They exist so we can adjust — never so you can be judged.
- “I don't feel up to making this content this week.”
- “A subscriber crossed the line and I don't know what to reply.”
- “I need a break, but I'm scared of losing my income.”
- “I'd rather talk about it with a woman, you know?”
What they believe
You don't have to hold it together all the time. My job is to make sure you never have to do it alone.
Working with us, in practice.
You talk to the decision-makers
No request travels up three levels: whatever you put on the table is handled by the person who can settle it.
A woman on the team, on purpose
Whatever you don't feel like explaining to a guy, you tell Léa. She listens, she protects you, and nothing leaves that circle without your agreement.
Two viewpoints on every decision
Strategy and day-to-day work challenge each other before anything reaches you. What doesn't hold up is never put in front of you.
A relationship that isn't held together by a contract
One trial month, no hidden clauses. We carry on because you want to, not because a piece of paper forces you to.
A question before you start?
Write to us directly: no switchboard, no form that gets lost. One of us answers you.
