7. Notice regarding exclusive content and labor law

M&A Family provides marketing strategy consulting, career support and operational management services to independent content creators.

  • Independence of the parties : The agency does not act as an employer. Each creator working with the agency retains their status as an independent worker/entrepreneur and remains solely responsible for their tax and social security obligations.
  • Sector sensitivity : The agency neither produces nor directly hosts adult content on its own showcase website. It supports creators strictly within the terms of service (TOS) set by official third-party platforms and in compliance with applicable law.

8. Data protection & international transfer

International transfer of data outside the European Union

M&A Family works with creators and partners located internationally. In this context, certain personal data (in particular message exchanges, forms and contact details) may be transmitted or stored on servers located outside the European Economic Area (in particular via secure communication tools such as Telegram or cloud storage services).

M&A Family ensures that these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, in accordance with GDPR requirements, in particular through the implementation of Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or transfers to countries benefiting from an adequacy decision.
